• Cancellations made after sample collection are not eligible for a refund.

• Same-day cancellation may be subject to a convenience fee.

Refunds will be processed if:

• The test cannot be conducted due to lab issues

• Duplicate payment occurred

• Service is unavailable in your location

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Sample already processed

• Incorrect information provided by user

• No-show during scheduled collection
